GOSHEN —
John and Sharon (Weaver) Petgen, Goshen, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married Oct. 13, 1962, at Goshen City Church of the Brethren by the Rev. Clarence Fike.
Their children hosted an anniversary celebration in their honor with family and friends.
He is a retired pastor and was also employed in the recreational vehicle and ambulance industry.
She worked at First National Bank, Elkhart, Greencroft Health Care and as a church secretary.
Their children include Michele (Todd) Condon, Jonestown, Pa., Ryan (Teresa) Petgen, Atwood, and Carmen (Brad) Sheaffer, New Bloomfield, Pa. They have 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
