Gary and Mary (Bishop) Showalter, Goshen, are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary.
They were married Jan. 24, 1970, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Goshen.
They have two children, Jeff (Angie) Showalter, Bristol, and Angie (Chad) Pletcher, Goshen; and four grandchildren.
He retired in 2004 from Aggregate Industries, Goshen, and she is the owner of Creative Touch Decorating, Goshen.
They attend Sugar Grove Church, Goshen.
They plan to celebrate their anniversary traveling through the south.
