GOSHEN —
Earl and Ida (Troyer) Prough, Goshen are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary.
They were married Dec. 6, 1942, in Goshen by Thomas E. George.
Their children include Nancy Rawlings, Bradenton, Fla., Sandra (Billy) Miller, Middlebury, June (Cecil) Bontreger and Ronald (Diana) Prough, all of Goshen, and the late Jerry Prough. They have nine grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
He retired from masonry work and sulky horse racing. She is a homemaker.
The Proughs plan to celebrate their anniversary with their children.
