GOSHEN —
John and Barbara (Schwartz) Hooley, Shipshewana, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married July 8, 1962, at Locust Grove Mennonite Church, Findley, Mich.
They will be honored at an anniversary open house celebration July 8 from 2 to 4 p.m. at River of Life Fellowship, Middlebury.
Their children include Shari (Rick) Lambright, Shipshewana, Cyndi (Barry) Hodges, Sarona, Wis., Kurt (Josie) Hooley, LaPorte, and Melissa (Russ) Stauffer, Centreville, Mich. They have 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He is employed by Troyer Saddlery, Shipshewana, and is owner of J.B. Leather.
She retired in 2010 after working 26 years at Yoder’s Department Store in Shipshewana.
