GOSHEN —
Walt and Miriam (Miller) Bontrager, Middlebury, are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary.
They were married Oct. 7, 1972, at the First Mennonite Church in Middlebury by the Rev. Eli D. Miller, father of the bride.
To celebrate their anniversary, the Bontragers will take their children and families to Siesta Key, Fla., in June.
Their children include Matt and Erica Bontrager, Georgetown, Texas, Heidi and Tyler Garber, Middlebury, Alicia and Eric Burns, Cassopolis, Mich., and Wes and Jena Bontrager, Goshen. They have nine grandchildren.
He is employed by Jayco and she works as a building assistant at Northridge Middle School, Middlebury.
