GOSHEN —
Dean and Iva (Yoder) Christner, Shipshewana, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married Oct. 11, 1962, in Shipshewana by John Troyer.
They will be honored at an anniversary open house celebration Oct. 7 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Wolfe Community Building in Shipshewana.
They have four children, Julie Ludwig, Topeka, Jerry (Kim Weaver) Christner and Juanita (Rob) Yoder, both of Shipshewana, and Jay (Crystal Bender) Middlebury. They have nine grandchildren.
He is self employed and she works for the Shipshewana Auction Restaurant.
