George H. and Janet (Fry) VanderWey, Goshen, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married Aug. 18, 1962, at City Church of the Brethren by the late Rev. Harold DeWeerd.
They plan to celebrate their anniversary at the wedding of their grandson.
Their children include George Ryan (Pam) VanderWey and Rodney (Lisa) VanderWey, both of Goshen, and Rebecca VanderWey, Morgantown. They have seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He is self-employed with his two sons at VanderWey & Sons Masons.
She works at Composites One, Goshen.
