GOSHEN —
LaVern and Ruby (Miller) Bontrager, Goshen, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married Feb. 18, 1962, at Pleasant Grove Mennonite Church, Millersburg, by Clarence Yoder.
They are planning a family dinner to celebrate the occasion.
Their children include Roderick (Grace) Bontrager, Goshen, Merlin (Regina) Bontrager, Middlebury, Michelle (Duane) Yoder, Marengo, Ohio, and Sheldon (Heather) Bontrager, Elkhart. They have 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He works at Clinton Center Feed and she works part-time at Das Dutchman Essenhaus Bakery.
