GOSHEN —
Dan and Elizabeth (Yoder) Yoder, Middlebury, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married Jan. 10, 1963, in Apple Creek, Ohio by Joe Troyer.
They will be honored at an anniversary open house Dec. 23 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Fairhaven Church, Goshen.
Their children include Martha (Elvin) Schrock, Stratford, Wis., Andy (Martha) Yoder, Grantsville, Md., Susie (Walt) Helmuth, Nappanee, Mose (Megan) Yoder, Constantine, Mich., Jonathan (Anna) Yoder, Goshen, Henry (Norma) Yoder, Clarkson, Ky., Edna (Wendell) Zimmerman, Goshen, and Delilah Mears, Panama City Beach, Fla. They have 28 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He retired in 2009 as carpenter and a van driver for the Amish.
She retired in 2001 as a grill cook at Peddlers’ Village Restaurant.
