Goshen police allege that a motorist arrested Sunday had 10 pounds of marijuana in his possession.
At approximately 4:04 p.m. Sunday, police stopped Anthony R. Blanco, 25, 623 N. Riverside Ave., in the 1200 block of South Indiana Avenue. According to a police report, Blanco was arrested on charges possession of a concealed handgun without a permit, possession of more than 10 pounds of marijuana, dealing in marijuana and driving with a suspended operator’s license. He was incarcerated in the Elkhart County Jail.
