Lanes on Ind. 120, Ind. 119 restricted

ELKHART and LAGRANGE COUNTIES — The Indiana Department of Transportation is advising motorists that there will be intermittent, alternating lane restrictions on Ind. 120 in Elkhart and LaGrange counties this week.

Starting Monday, Nov. 26, INDOT maintenance crews will be working in the westbound lanes of Ind. 120, between Ind. 13 and Ind. 5. Starting Tuesday, Nov. 27, INDOT crews will be working in the westbound lanes of Ind. 119, between Ind. 19 and Ind. 15. As work is in progress on these two roads, the road will be restricted to single-lane traffic in alternating directions controlled by flaggers. These are continuously slow-moving operation. Drivers should also be aware of merging construction traffic. It is anticipated work will be completed in the westbound lane of Ind. 120 by end of the day on Thursday, Nov. 29. Work in the westbound lane of Ind. 119 is scheduled for completion by end of the day on Friday, Nov. 30.
