Milford Town Council members approved rezoning of the former Big Boulder Golf Course Monday.
The rezoning to light industrial was requested by Chore Time-Brock, the current property owner.
The plan is to convert a home on the property into office space for CTB. A company representative said Tuesday that at this point, there are no development plans beyond the office.

Lease announced
Centro Properties Group has announced that lease for 1,200 square feet of space has been executed with Hollywood Nails at Elkhart Market Centre, U.S. 33 just north of C.R. 28, Goshen. Centro Properties is the owner of Market Centre.

Office to open
The law firm Rockholl Pinnick has announced that it will open a lakes area office in North Webster. The Warsaw law firm will be opening its first satellite office at 220 N. Main St., North Webster, in the Todd Realty building.
