A former Keystone RV employee accused of sex offenses in Kentucky has pleaded guilty to reduced charges.
Brian Doss had been charged with rape and two counts of sodomy, both felonies. He pleaded guilty Monday in Jefferson Circuit Court Division 8 to three amended charges of sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor.
Doss, a former athletic standout at Goshen High School in the 1980s, will avoid incarceration as part of the plea deal. Assistant commonwealth attorney Alice Jones said he’ll serve two years on probation. A condition of that probation is that he complete a sex offender treatment program.
Authorities had alleged that Doss assaulted a female Keystone RV co-worker when they were attending the National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky., on Nov. 29, 2011. The offenses reportedly occurred in nearby Jeffersontown, Ky.
Keystone officials said Doss was fired after the incident. He had been a product manager at the Goshen plant.
