GOSHEN —
According to a report by Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department, a 54-year-old man was observed taking photographs of juvenile females at the Saddle Club barn Wednesday at the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds around 9:55 p.m.
The man was located by officers and was removed from the premises. Police report he was issued a no-trespass warning, which prohibits him from returning to the fairgrounds. The police report stated that under further investigation, pornography depicting young females was found in the man’s car. According to Capt. Jim Bradberry Saturday, the incident is still under investigation and the man has not been arrested.
Theft/burglary reports
• Norma Leticia, 1203 S. 14th St., Goshen, told Goshen police someone entered her home between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Friday and stole two laptop computers.
• Kayla Hunter, Goshen, told Goshen police someone stole her cell phone while she was at 827 Lincolnway East at approximately 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
Traffic arrests
• Larry L. Worsham, 37, 2159 Eden St., Fort Wayne, was arrested by Goshen police at 9:48 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of South Third Street on a charge of operating a vehicle while never having obtained a license. He was cited and released on a memorandum to appear in court.
• Kyle Blood, 26, 1848 Westplains Drive, Goshen, was arrested by Goshen police at 1:02 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Kansas Drive and Pike Street on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
OWI arrests
• Kenneth Burrington, 57, 69330 Elkhart Road, Edwardsburg, Mich., was arrested by Goshen police at 4:46 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Pike and High streets on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was booked into the county jail.

The Middlebury Police Department has received complaints from local residents of a scam that is being done in the area. Residents receive a call from an individual who identifies himself from Publishers Clearing House. He advises the resident that they have won a luxury car and $800,000 in cash.

Two children found in vacant home
Goshen police were called to a vacant residence in the 400 block of North Fifth Street, Goshen, at 8:07 p.m. Wednesday. Officers found a 4-year-old and 3-month-old alone inside the residence.
