A driver was hurt in a two-vehicle crash at U.S. 6 and C.R. 29 at 1:30 p.m. Friday.
Elkhart County police said Christopher D. Lang, 23, LaGrange, was riding a 2007 Honda Sabre motorcycle west on U.S. 6 and it collided with a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica driven north on C.R. 29 by Jessica E. Frye, 32, Syracuse.
Lang suffered a broken arm and knee abrasion and was taken to I.U. Goshen Health Hospital for treatment.
Lang was cited for driving without a motorcycle endorsement on his license, police reported, and Frye was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.
Theft/burglary reports
• Goshen police received a report Thursday from Christine Falcon, 1714 S. 12th St., that her bicycle was stolen from a shed sometime between October and this week.
Traffic arrests
• According to Goshen police, Jared L. McCain, 26, 30666 Fenmore Ave., was stopped in the vehicle he was driving in the 2000 block of West Wilden Avenue at 2:45 a.m. Friday for failing to dim headlights. The driver was arrested on a charge of driving while his license is suspended and was released.
Drug/alcohol arrests
• Goshen police reported the arrest of Lashel Tipton, 32, 24696 Adams Road, South Bend, after a traffic stop in the 200 block of North Second Street at 2 a.m. Friday. Tipton was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was released.

The Middlebury Police Department has received complaints from local residents of a scam that is being done in the area. Residents receive a call from an individual who identifies himself from Publishers Clearing House. He advises the resident that they have won a luxury car and $800,000 in cash.

Two children found in vacant home
Goshen police were called to a vacant residence in the 400 block of North Fifth Street, Goshen, at 8:07 p.m. Wednesday. Officers found a 4-year-old and 3-month-old alone inside the residence.
