GOSHEN —
A motorist who was injured in a single-car rollover collision in the 400 block of Wheatland Drive early Wednesday morning was later arrested.
The driver of the vehicle, Autumn Kiser, 29, 412 Oatfield Lane, Goshen, was arrested by Goshen police after the crash on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Kiser, who was reportedly found to have a blood alcohol content of .15 percent, received minor lacerations to her hands as a result of the collision. She refused medical treatment at the scene.
Due to her high blood alcohol level, Kiser was required to receive medical clearance from a physician before being admitted to the Elkhart County jail.
