GOSHEN —
A Goshen man was killed and another injured in a fatal collision early Sunday morning in Goshen.
According to Goshen police, officers were called to 406 S. Wheatland Drive at 3:36 a.m. Sunday to investigate a report of a vehicle that had collided with a tree in the front yard of the Wheatland Drive property.
The driver of the vehicle, Tyler Coburn, 21, Goshen, was reportedly killed in the collision, police said. A passenger in the vehicle, Tanner Pederson, also of Goshen, was transported to IU Health Goshen Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The collision remains under investigation.

The Middlebury Police Department has received complaints from local residents of a scam that is being done in the area. Residents receive a call from an individual who identifies himself from Publishers Clearing House. He advises the resident that they have won a luxury car and $800,000 in cash.
