Chicago man charged with battery



At approximately 1:25 a.m. Monday, Goshen Police Department officers responded to a domestic disturbance complaint at 910 Wilson Ave. According to police, officers found Ashley Page with a bloody nose. After treatment, it was determined that her nose was broken.

Her husband, William Page, was arrested on charges of aggravated battery and domestic battery and was transported to the Elkhart County Jail. Bond was set at $15,000.

Man caught with suspended license



At approximately 9:51 p.m. Monday, Dalon Lindsey, 33, 224 Pottawattomi Drive, Elkhart, was stopped in the 2200 block of Lincolnway East by an officer with the Goshen Police Department. According to police, he was arrested for driving with a suspended driver’s license.

Public intoxication arrest



At approximately 1 a.m. Tuesday, Ramiro Garza, 36, 61108 C.R. 17 #57, Goshen, was found to be intoxicated at the Brookside Manor pool, according to a report from the Goshen Police Department. He was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Elkhart County Jail.

Underage party busted on Shady Lane



Deputies with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a possible underage drinking party on Shady Lane in Goshen at approximately 4:43 p.m. Sunday. According to an ECSD report, Ryan Chris, 20, Travis Graybill, 20, Allison Graybill, 20, Theodora Philippou, 20, Joseph Moore, 20, Andrew Linton, 20, and Alexander Philippou, 18, were all cited and released for illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage.

Inactive meth lab discovered



At approximately 7:15 p.m. Sunday, deputies with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department discovered an abandoned, inactive meth lab in a woods on E. County Line Road north of C.R. 4 in Middlebury.

The Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab Team was called to the scene and a report was taken.

Van stolen by son’s friends



At approximately 10:40 p.m. Sunday, an Elkhart resident reported that the Green 1995 Chevrolet Lumina driven by his 16-year-old son was stolen by two juvenile friends of his son, when his son went inside a Goshen gas station to pay for gas.

Goshen man arrested for battery



At approximately 5:06 a.m. Monday, deputies with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department arrested Lawrence Joseph Horvath-Cambron, 21, on preliminary felony charges of intimidation and criminal confinement and a misdemeanor charge of battery, after the victim left the Goshen residence and called police.

Reported thefts



The following thefts were recently reported in the area:

• An Oklahoma resident reported that someone broke into his vehicle and removed a GPS and a power inverter while he was staying at Goshen Inn.

• A Goshen resident reported his car stereo was stolen out of his vehicle while it was parked at his Westplains Drive residence.

• A Goshen couple reported their television was stolen from their New York Street home.

• A Goshen resident reported that someone broke into his vehicle and stole a Sony Xplod CD player.
