ELKHART —
The plea bargain process continues for a Goshen man charged with arson.
Authorities allege that Nicholas Lynch, 20, was involved in setting fires that damaged the Rogers and Oakridge park pavilions in Goshen earlier this year.
Lynch appeared in Elkhart Superior Court 2 Monday morning. His attorney, Bridgette Greene, indicated plea negotiations with prosecutors are ongoing.
Lynch is next due to appear in Superior Court 2 Jan. 28. He remains incarcerated in the Elkhart County jail.
