Milford business robbed, truck stolen

Milford police are asking the public’s help in solving a weekend burglary and truck theft.

Milford police were called early Monday morning to the Bison Manufacturing plant, 804 S. Higbee St., (Ind. 15) after employees there discovered an overnight burglary.

Town Marshal Rich Miotto said that several items were taken from the factory and suspects fled in a red, 2001 Ford F-350 crew-cab pickup truck that they stole.

Police said the truck apparently was driven and crashed through a gate when the suspects were leaving. The truck should have extensive front end damage as well as a missing tailgate.

Anyone with information is asked to contact local law enforcement or the Milford police at 574-658-4941 or 574-518-4943.
