Theft/burglary reports
• Heather Ratcliff, 108 Olive St., Goshen, told Goshen police someone stole her cell phone from her residence between 8:54 p.m. Saturday and 8:54 a.m. Sunday.
• Lisa Baker, of Goshen, told Goshen police someone stole several of her prescription pills while at 2649 Ashton Pines, Elkhart, at 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
• John Looney Jr., of Elkhart, told Goshen police someone entered a residence at 803 S. Third Street sometime between Thursday and Friday evening and removed all the copper water lines and electrical wire.
Vandalism/criminal mischief reports
• Judy Horton, 358 Brookside Manor, Goshen, told Goshen police neighborhood kids egged her residence at approximately 11:10 p.m. Saturday.
Traffic arrests
• Olivia A. Camacho, 29, 25522 Modrell Ave., Elkhart, was arrested by Goshen police at 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Pike and Chicago on a charge of driving a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license and an active Goshen City warrant. She was booked into the county jail.
• George Chapa-Rojas, 21, 208 Roxbury, Goshen, was arrested by Goshen police at 5:40 a.m. Sunday in the 600 block of West Lincoln Avenue on a charge of driving a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license.
Drug/alcohol arrests
• A 15-year-old juvenile male was arrested by Goshen police at 1:45 a.m. Sunday at 224 Citizens St., Goshen, on a charge of illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. He was released to his parents.
OWI arrests
• Armando Contreras, 38, 1907 W. Indiana Ave., Elkhart, was arrested by Goshen police at 1:53 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Elkhart and Ferndale in Goshen on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was booked into the county jail.
• Steven A. Ragsdale, 23, 2609 Troon Ct., Elkhart, was arrested by Goshen police at 3:22 a.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of Elkhart Road on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was booked into the county jail.
