GOSHEN — Stephanie A. Gattman, Goshen, and Thomas F. Sibal, Plymouth, announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Frances and Wesley Davis, Pingree Grove, Ill., formerly of Goshen.

She graduated from Concord High School in 1985 and Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1989. She is a communications specialist for Congregation of Holy Cross, United States Province of Priests and Brothers, Notre Dame, Ind.

The groom-to-be is the son of Bernice and Donald Sibal, Goshen. He is a 1980 graduate of Goshen High School and a 1984 graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington.

He is the associate director of Institutional Advancement, Ancilla College, Donaldson, Ind.

The couple plan a July 6, 2013, wedding at St. Pius Catholic Church, Granger.
