The groom-to-be is the son of Dennis and Jennie Smeltzer, Middlebury.
He graduated in 1999 from Community Christian Academy in Elkhart. He is currently self-employed.
They plan to marry April 13,2013, at Bonneyville Mill Park, Bristol.
