Jill Weldy and Briley Lantzer, both of Middlebury, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Carrie and Douglas Weldy, Middlebury.
She graduated from Northridge High School and Elkhart Area Career Center with a degree in cosmetology. She is employed as a hair stylist at Instyle Salon, Goshen.
The groom-to-be is the son of Penny Lantzer, Middlebury, and Biff Lantzer, Warsaw.
He graduated from Northridge High School and Elkhart Area Career Center with a degree in auto mechanics. He is a self-employed milk hauler at L&H Transport.
An Oct. 2, wedding is planned at Middlebury Church of the Brethren.
