Chelsea Lynne Martin, and John Andrew Whirledge, both of Greenville, Ohio, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lisa and Tracey Martin, Greenville, Ohio.
She graduated in 2007 from Greenville High School, and in 2011 received a bachelor’s degree in vocal and general music education from Ball State University, Muncie. She works as a junior-high Title 1 teacher at Greenville City Schools.
The groom-to-be is the son of Marie and Ben Whirledge, Millersburg.
He graduated in 2005 from Fairfield Junior-Senior High School, Goshen, and in 2009 received a bachelor’s degree in worship from Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion. The works as a youth pastor at the Evangelical United Methodist Church in Greenville.
They plan to marry May 26 at Oakland Church of the Brethren, Bradford, Ohio.
