Calla Lantz and Michael Patka, both of Shipshewana, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of JoLisa and Rod Lantz, Shipshewana.
She graduated in 2005 from Westview High School, Topeka, and in 2009 from Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis. She works as director of assisted living at Greencroft in Goshen.
The groom-to-be is the son of Anne and Warren Patka, Howe.
He graduated in 2005 from Westview High School, Topeka, and in 2007 from Glen Oaks Community College, Centreville, Mich. He works as an insurance salesman for Silveus Insurance Partners, LaGrange.
They plan to marry Oct. 13 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in LaGrange.
