GOSHEN —
Alyssa Schermerhorn, Ligonier, and Grant Baumgartner, New Paris, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Deb and Tim Schermerhorn, Ligonier.
She graduated in 2007 from West Noble High School, Ligonier, and in 2011 from Anderson University. She teaches fifth grade at West Noble Middle School.
The groom-to-be is the son of Brenda and Roger Baumgartner II, New Paris.
He graduated in 2008 from Fairfield Junior-Senior High School, Goshen. He received a degree in secondary math education with a complimentary major in computer science from Anderson University this month.
They plan to marry in July at Stone’s Hill Community Church in Ligonier.
