GOSHEN —
Andrea Hoover and Brandon Kelsey, both of Goshen, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Deb Housand, Osceola, and James Hoover, Syracuse. She is a 2004 Goshen High School graduate and earned an associate of applied science degree from Harrison College in 2012. She is a radiology transcriptionist at Kosciusko Community Hospital.
The groom-to-be is the son of Jackie Hochstedler, Goshen, and the late Richard Kelsey. He graduated from Goshen High School in 2000 and is an inside sales representative at Goshen Electric.
The couple plan a April 4, 2014, wedding in Goshen.
