Hartman-Pratt

GOSHEN —  Tiffany Hartman and Bill Pratt, both of Elkhart, announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Vicki Hartman, Goshen, and Don and Tiffany Hartman, Middlebury.

She graduated in 2003 from Goshen High School and in 2004 received a degree in aerospace control and warning systems from the Community College of the Air Force, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. She works as a bartender at 523 Tap and Grill, Elkhart.

The groom-to-be is the son of Sandra Pratt, Elkhart, and Bill and Ineke Pratt, Elkhart.

He graduated in 2002 from Elkhart Central High School and received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Indiana University, South Bend. He works as a Web developer at the Tire Rack, South Bend.

An Oct. 16 wedding is planned to take place in Elkhart.
