BRISTOL —
Elkhart Civic Theatre performers are set to present their annual musical revue “Winterlude: A Celebration of Holiday Cheer” at the Bristol Opera House.
Shows are set for Dec. 7 and 8 at 8 p.m., with a Sunday matinee scheduled for 3 p.m. Dec. 9. The theater crew also reports that “Mr. and Mrs. Santa” will be dropping by.
The cast of “Winterlude” boasts a combination of veteran performers and newcomers and includes Dayna Arnett, Wanzetta Arnett, Dave Bechtold, Dawn Blessing, Jenna Coleman, Carson Collins, Michael Flauding, Kori Fortunato, Jo Fulmer, Lorri Krull, Victoria Marran-Amaurrutee, Patty Midili, Ami Reinholtz, Shelby Reinholtz, Carla Sark , John Shoup and Carly Swendsen.
The show is directed by John Shoup. The music director is Miriam Houck and vocal director is Kay Hoffmeister. Percussion will be provided by Mark Swendsen.
Admission prices are $10 for adults and $8 for students and senior citizens age 62 and older. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Elkhart Civic Theatre box office at 574-848-4116, Monday through Friday from 1 to 5:30 p.m. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.elkhartcivictheatre.org.
The Bristol Opera House is located at 210 E. Vistula St., Bristol.

Charlie Daniels Band coming to Shipshewana
He’s got the hat, the fiddle and the hits. And he’s feeling revitalized.
In a recent telephone interview with The Goshen News, 74-year-old Charlie Daniels said he is feeling like a new man after his pacemaker procedure earlier this year. He says everything is in sync and he is having a great time on the road.
