Comedian Brian Regan is set to appear at the Morris Performing Arts Center in South Bend April 28, 2013, at 7 p.m. Regan’s Comedy Central specials and CDs include “All By Myself,” “The Epitome of Hyperbole” and “Brian Regan Live.”
