A fourth candidate for the Republican nomination for Elkhart County Sheriff filed his candidacy this week. William (Bill) Wargo, Elkhart, filed Monday.
Other filings include David Foutz, Elkhart, for County Council, district 1. He is a Republican and the incumbent.
Jodi L. Evans, Bristol, filed for Republican candidate for Jefferson Township Trustee.
Thomas R. Stroup, Goshen, filed as a Republican candidate for the Clinton Township Board.
Lowell Loucks, Elkhart and Kerry Yaw, both filed for nomination to serve on the Harrison Township Board. They are Republicans and incumbents.
Three people have filed for two seats in the Bristol Town Council at-large race. They are Ann Andre and Delbert D. Schrock, both Republican, and Dan Watson, a Democrat.
Two candidates filed their intention to seek re-election to the Concord school board. They are John Speicher, Elkhart, District 1, and Randall D. (Randy) Myers, Elkhart, District 2.
Jane Troup, Goshen, filed for re-election on the Goshen school board, representing District 3.
