The Elkhart County Parks and Recreation Department recently announced the winners of its 22nd annual photography contest. The contest had a record 374 entries this year as independent judges picked the top three finishers in three categories, along with three honorable mentions. The categories were: In the Air, Nature of the Photo and Activities in the Park.
In addition, awards were given for best of show, best black and white and best special effects, as well as youth category winners.
