Peter D. Todd has filed the paperwork to become a Republican candidate for Judge of Superior Court 5 in Elkhart County.
Todd has worked for the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce, practiced law in Goshen, has been a deputy prosecutor in St. Joseph County and Elkhart County, and represented the citizens of Elkhart County in the Public Defenders’ Office. While maintaining a home in Elkhart, Todd attended the University of Valparaiso Law School, where he graduated with honors.
“Having spent most of my legal career as a deputy prosecutor in Elkhart County, I have forged relationships with the key people in Elkhart County law enforcement and government that will allow me to efficiently carry out the business of the court. However, the utmost concern of a judge is to fairly and faithfully carry out the law, and my education and experience have prepared me to assume that duty,” Todd said.
