NAPPANEE — Several seniors will be gathering together to put on a craft fair for the public to be held at the Elder Haus Senior Center Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The handmade purses that Donna Graff will display are truly “green”’ as they are made using scrap fabric and the handles, buttons and more from old purses.
Patricia Bigler’s hand-decorated plates are for decorative purposes only and Doris Hoffman’s love for the tropical comes through in her paintings of palm trees and sea life, although she will accommodate personal decor.
Also displaying items will be Pat Kuhns, who will have greeting cards, and Lois Cook, who will have jewelry and other items.
The women said they’ve done some sort of crafts for many years and are looking forward to the opportunity to share their creations with others.
