LAGRANGE — Effective today, officials at Parkview LaGrange Hospital will lift the temporary restrictions on visitors that were in place to minimize the spread of the H1N1 influenza.
Though the restrictions are lifted, visitors should continue to exercise good judgement and refrain from visiting people in the hospital if they are experiencing flu-like symptoms.
The restricted visitor policy is being lifted at all other Parkview Health hospitals in the area.
A spokeswoman at Goshen General Hospital said Monday night that visitor restrictions remain in place there.
