Girls' tennis results

Lady Redskins defeat Adams



The Goshen Lady Redskins were 4-1 winners Monday at South Bend Adams.

Singles winners for GHS wwere Anika Baumgartner 6-3, 6-1 at No. 1, Ellie Berry 6-3, 6-1 at No. 2 and Mackenzie Rozelle 6-2, 6-1 at No. 3.

Haley Linn and Lauren Lehman won 6-2, 6-2 at No. 2 doubles.

The Redskins, 7-7, host Warsaw today.

Goshen JV winners were Gladys Rosas, Rosas and MacKenzie Miller, Sofia Hess and Brittany Graber, Lauren Yoder and Leah Amstutz.



Fairfield 11-1 with triumph over Bruins



Fairfield was a 4-1 winner Monday at Bethany Christian.

Falcon singles winners were Brooke Boyts 6-4, 6-4 at No. 1 and Abbey Neff 6-3, 6-2 at No. 2. Emma Caskey of Bethany won 6-2, 6-4 at No. 3.

Ashley Neff and Marla Yoder of Fairfield won 6-3, 7-5 at No. 1 doubles, Kaija Wimmer and Haley Bechtel 6-2, 6-2 at No. 2.

Fairfield, 11-1, hosts Angola at Goshen College today.

JV winners were Kaelin Bender, Chelsea Neff, Cami Herschberger, Lara Breniser, Elisha Miller, Rachel Bontrager, Maria Pelance, Hannah Hochstetler, Nicole Minnerup, Amalie Lohse-Lind and Kelsey Stahly of Fairfield; Ji Eun Han and Sarah Brew of Bethany.



NorthWood edges Mishawaka, 3-2



NorthWood notched a 3-2 win Monday at Mishawaka Marian.

Panther singles winners were Courtney Simpson 6-0, 6-0 at No. 2 and Ashley McClintic 6-1, 6-1 at No. 3.

NW doubles winners were Kerry Hoffer and Alli Heeter 6-2, 6-4 at No. 1.

The Panthers, 9-3, visit Concord today.

NorthWood JV winners were Kaci Heeter, Taryn Johnson, Kayla Bear, Danae Ehret, Lissette Figueroa, Brooklyn Moore, Catherine Rice, Molly Davidson, Colleen Daltona, Lauren Lacy, Meredith Patty and Danya Tydonovich.
