GIRLS X-COUNTRY ROUNDUP

Lady Chargers roll to NECC crown



West Noble won team honors Saturday in the Northeast Corner Conference meet at Ligonier. Sage Knopp of Central Noble won in 19:40.

The Chargers had a team score of 20, Angola 51, Fairfield 75, Westview 115 and Churubusco 118.

West Noble leaders were Rachel Peterson 2nd, Valeria Guzman 4th, Kaleigh DeBeck 7th, Kimberly Miller 8th, Allissa Peterson 11th, Allison Musselman 12th and Grace Garman 15th.

Fairfield placed Diamond Setterberg 5th, Lauren Waltman 18th, Miranda Boyts 19th, Becca Kropf 25th, Sarah Grosse 26th and Emily Meranda 29th.

Westview had Erin Rockey 16th, Tabitha Lehman 21st, Sandra Bellaire 33rd, Jennifer Robledo 35th, Brittany Geiger 37th and Ariel Miller 40th.
