FORT WAYNE — U.S. Rep. Mark Souder, R-3rd, is expected to announce his resignation at a 10 a.m. news conference today at his Fort Wayne office.

Fox News is reporting that Souder had an affair with one of his aides. Souder's district includes most of Elkhart and Kosciusko counties.
