Cohen David Slabaugh

SYRACUSE — Cohen David Slabaugh, of Westfield, was stillborn at 9:05 p.m. April 4 at IU Hospital North, Carmel.

He is the son of David Alan and Emily Elizabeth (Voss) Slabaugh.

Survivors include his parents; grandparents Dr. Todd and Julie Voss, Central, S.C., and Michael and Linda Slabaugh, Syracuse; and great-grandparents, Carole Gabrielson, Gladstone, Mich., Dr. John and Dorothy Voss, Grand Rapids, Mich., and Bud and Bette Slaybaugh, Syracuse.

Private family services may be held at a later date.

Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, is in charge of arrangements.
