ELKHART —
Maria M. Ramirez, 14, Elkhart, died Friday at Elkhart General Hospital from injuries she suffered in a motor vehicle accident.
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Juana Maria and Miguel Esparza of Elkhart; her father, Samuel Ramirez of Aguascalintes, Mexico; brothers Ramses Jasso and Miguel Esparza, both of Elkhart; and grandparents, Mexico.
Friends may call Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with a vigil service at 8 p.m. at Waterman Westbrook Clouse Funeral Home. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, with additional calling for two hours prior, at St. vincent DePaul Catholic Church.
Burial will be in St. Vincent Cemetery, Elkhart.
