SYRACUSE — Tina Smith, 42, died Thursday in Highland.
She is survived by her son, Robert Fultz; daughter, Ayla Smith; and mother, Pam Huffer, Syracuse.
Friends may call two hours prior to the 7 p.m. memorial service Monday at Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse.
