Colleen Samolczyk

July 4, 1953-Aug. 19, 2012

WAKARUSA —  Colleen Samolczyk, 59, died Sunday evening at her home.

She married Michael Samolczyk June 12, 1976 in Cromwell. He survives.

Also surviving is a son, David (Julia) Samolczyk, Chicago, Ill.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 202 S. Greene Road, Goshen, where a memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday.

Burial will follow in Sparta Cemetery, Kimmel.

Yoder-Culp Funeral Home of Goshen is assisting with arrangements.
