GOSHEN —

Geraldine "Gerry" G. Donahoe, 77, of Goshen, died Monday at Greencroft Healthcare.

She was born Dec. 24, 1932 in Little Falls, N.Y., to the late Gerald and Mary (Kuehnle) Tibbitts.

She married Bradley E. Donahoe April 14, 1956. He died Sept. 8, 2000.

A Goshen resident since 1970, Mrs. Donahoe worked in nursing at Greencroft from 1987-1997. She had also worked at Carriage Manor, Goshen, Brethren Village, Neffsville, Pa., and Clinical Institute Faxton Hospital, Utica, N.Y.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Goshen, where she sang in the choir and belonged to the Twig Benders Sunday School Class. She was the 1981 past president of Tri Kappa.

She is survived by a daughter, Nancy (Roger) Shipley, Goshen; two sons, Neil (Lori) Donahoe, Milford, and James (Susan) Donahoe, Goshen; and seven grandchildren.

Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, and 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church, Goshen.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the church with Pastoral Assistant Pamela Kling officiating.

Burial will be in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.

Memorials may be given to National Parkinson’s Foundation or American Parkinson’s Disease Association.
