Linda Mae Miller

June 18, 1928-Jan. 2, 2013

NAPPANEE —  Linda Mae Miller, 84, died at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday at LuAnn Nursing Home, where she had resided the past 12 years.  

She was born June 18, 1928 in Marshall County, to David J. and Barbara (Hochstetler) Miller.  

Miss Miller was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

She is survived by her brothers, Sylvanus (Mary) Miller and Homer L. (Frieda) Miller, both of Nappanee, and Lester D. (Mary Esther) Miller, Middlebury; sisters, Clara (Lamar) Hershberger and Verba (Lonnie) Slabaugh, both of Nappanee; brother-in-law, Harvey M. Miller, Nappanee; and sisters-in-law, Norma Miller, Nappanee, and Etta Fern (Dan) Miller-Gingerich, Bellfountain, Ohio.  

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Gilbert D., Harley D. and David Jr. Miller; and sisters, infant Lovina Miller and Leona Miller.

Family and friends may call after 2 p.m. today and all day Saturday at the Ernie Whetstone residence, 2141 Beech Road, Nappanee.  

Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. Sunday at the Jerry Kuhns residence, 2641 Beech Road, Bremen.   Bishop Eddie Ray Borkholder and the home ministers of the Old Order Amish Church will officiate.  

Burial will be in Weldy Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Homer Lee Miller Jr., Norman Miller, Carl Miller, Leon Miller, James Slabaugh and Kenneth Slabaugh. Arrangements are with Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee. Messages of condolence for the family may be shared at www.tlyfh.com.
