ELKHART —
Doris J. Forrest, 84, died Sunday at Eastlake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She married Charles W. Forrest Aug. 25, 1946, in Elkhart. He died Aug. 12, 2009.
She is survived by her two daughters, Peggy (Don) Presser, Bristol, and Cathy (Bill) Johnson, West Chester, Ohio.
Friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart, and one hour prior to the noon service Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
