Verna J. Eash

March 4, 1925-June 27, 2012

LIGONIER — Verna J. Eash, 87, died Wednesday at her home.

She married John J. Eash Dec. 23, 1947. He preceded her in death March 13, 1985.

She is survived by seven sons, William (Amelia), Jacob (Fannie) and Mervin (Carolyn) Eash, all of Topeka, Floyd (Esther Anna) and Leroy (Mary Edna) Eash, Ligonier, Levi (Orpha) Eash, Wawaka, and Henry (Eileen) Eash, Millersburg; and three daughters, Abbie (Jerome Jr.) Hochstetler, Topeka, Sarah Ann Eash, Ligonier, and Lovella (Alvin) Yoder, Lancaster, Mo.

Friends may call all day Friday at the Floyd Eash residence, 11123 N. 500 West, Ligonier. The funeral service will take place Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the residence. Burial will be at Miller Cemetery.

Yeager Funeral Home, Ligonier, is assisting the family with arrangements.
