Matthew Thomas Smith, 24, 1419 Cedarbook Court, Apt. D, Goshen, died at 1:15 p.m. Thursday at Goshen General Hospital after a one-week illness.
His parents are Timothy (Audrey) Smith, Goshen, and Cindy (Keith) Jervis, Rincon, Ga.
Surviving with his parents are three brothers, Brad (Lori) Smith, Springbrook, Alberta, Canada; Brad (Tonia) Daniels, Goshen; and Dennis “D” Daniels Jr., Millersburg; and a sister, Beth Ann (Rod) Housour, Goshen.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
The funeral is set for 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Brethren Church, 215 W. Clinton St., Goshen.
Burial will be in Elkhart Prairie Cemetery.
