Wilfred G. “Willie” Vaillancourt

April 4, 1934-May 27, 2012

LaGRANGE —  Wilfred G. “Willie” Vaillancourt, Jr., 78, LaGrange, Sunday at home with his family around him.

On Feb. 15, 1964 in Shawneetown, Ill., he married Betty Nettrouer. She survives in LaGrange.

Also surviving are three daughters and sons-in-law, Shelley and Bob Britton of Howe, Vicki and Chris Wicker of LaGrange, and Becky and Jason Cline of Sturgis, Mich.; and eight sons and four daughters-in-law, Jim Vaillancourt of LaGrange, Jeff Vaillancourt of Las Vegas, Greg Vaillancourt of Howe, Willie and Dawn Vaillancourt of LaGrange, Chad and Kayla Vaillancourt of LaGrange, Lee and Elisha Vaillancourt of St. Augustine, Fla., David and Stephanie Vaillancourt of LaGrange, and Doug Vaillancourt of Marietta, Ohio.

Funeral services will be on Friday at 11 a.m. at Frurip-May Funeral Home, 309 W. Michigan St., LaGrange. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in LaGrange.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to either Parkview Home Health and Hospice or Muscular Dystrophy.
