ELKHART — Kevin Jay Cook, 57, died Thursday at his residence.
He is survived by his father, Keith Cook, Elkhart; and sister, Rebecca (James) Ramp, Terre Haute.
Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. and one hour prior to the 10 a.m. funeral service Monday at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret-Lienhart Funeral Home, Wakarusa.
Burial will be in Olive East Cemetery.
